| Lots of sniffles, I'm afraid as I'm a poorly bunny. I've been tucked up in bed for the last few days since I got back from Ibiza feeling rather sorry for myself.
Its like being 10 again. I've been in rather a daze and keep half expecting my mum to appear with a hot drink and some comics and make everything better, bless her. Its only a bit of a cold, but of course from where I'm sat it feels like big dreadful man flu!**
I felt exactly the same after San Francisco so maybe the sun doesn't agree with me? Or perhaps it was something I ate? Anyway, moving swiftly on...
Ibiza was beautiful and uplifting. Tina & Tracey's wedding was fabulous, and there wasn't a dry eye in the villa. The location was gorgeous, the catering faultless and the guests, the best of fun!
So many of us commented that it was the best wedding we'd ever been to. I personally felt so honoured to be there, to be part of such an amazing day. And to say T&T enjoyed themselves is the understatement of the year. They where both just glowing.
I've got some lovely photos which I'll put up soon. As a taster, I've put a few on my Flickr page ('cause its easy!).

I didn't go to Ibiza in the summer with the rest of the gang, and I'd completely forgotten the special vibe that the place has. Even though I knew many of the guests at the wedding, I often found myself wandering around, exploring on my own or with my dear friend Alison Essex. Time and time again, I'd walk into a bar, start chatting to a couple of people and the next minute be whisked off to the other end of town "because you'll love it there!". That's something I think I've only really experienced in Ibiza, you walk into a bar and you're accepted as one of the gang, you're not just a punter or another tourist.
And people remember you too. Although I guess looking like I do probably helps. I bumped into so many people who I'd met on previous trips (both locals and tourists), that at times I felt I had more friends over there than I do in England! ;o)
Seeing Claire and Jonny again was such a joy. And then bumping into Una and meeting her wife Mitch for the first time. Such lovely people. Special.
And Alan, the pocket dynamo of the Island bar. How he keeps going, I'll never know.
And I met so many lovely Spanish people too, including the pretty doctor who's only English phrase was "you are beautiful". Hardly a word between us, yet we had a wonderful evening.
After my "wardrobe malfunction", I felt rather stressed and self concious when I first arrived. Its a bit unsettling when you look in a mirror and don't recognise yourself, and when friends you've known for years walk straight past you. But peoples reaction to my new look was pretty positive and I've now got used to it, so it may be around for a little while yet.
I so wanted everything to be perfect for Tina & Tracey and I really think it was.
It was pretty perfect for me too (apart from my embarrassingly awful time keeping).
Thanks guys for letting me be part of something very special. x
