When I first started to venture out on the trannie scene back in 2001, it was through the Angels that I made some good friends. I also went on to join the Roses. 

These days, I have very little to do with the scene and have rather lost touch with both groups.  But I found them very helpful and informative, and I'm sure if you're just starting out, you will too.
